Personal data
Booking a session asks for a first name, an email address, a phone number and a city, and offers two optional questions. This information is used to organise the session, to send the confirmation, the reminders and the recap, and to keep track of the number of sessions.
The answer about where you are with the thermal method is health data. Only the person hosting your session reads it. It is not copied into any other tool or any email, and it is deleted 3 months after the session.
Your booking (first name, last name, email, phone, city, date, and how you heard about Otoko) is also saved in Otoko's session tracking base, hosted by Airtable, without the answer about where you are with the method.
The video call runs on Google Meet, and the session event is saved in an Otoko Google calendar, with your first name and phone number. Emails are sent from Otoko's Google mailbox. If you have already chatted with Otoko on WhatsApp, the reminder two hours before also goes through that conversation, and nowhere else: Otoko never starts a conversation on its own.
The page sets no cookies and contains no third-party audience measurement tool. It only counts, with nothing that identifies a person, how many visits end in a booking.
